Discovering Casey with Margo

Tara Violet Niami is a highly gifted Iranian-British Australian American cinematographer and fine art/fashion photographer.,and the Director, took an afternoon to shoot tests with a Margot Josefsohn, 14-year old model-actress in the skid-row section of downtown LA.

It was for a promotion, to raise financing for the movie.

Margot showed a deep understanding of the psychology of Casey, and it ended up being a de-facto rehearsal for the film. Margot read the script, and was invited for an audition.

She gave such an emotionally charged reading, that surprised all of us – we ended up casting Margot, for the starring role of Casey.
